You’ve probably already been using the Internet to search for homes in the neighborhoods you like. . you may even have decided how much of a house you should afford
Stop!
There is something you should know now. .
Getting a pre-qualification should be your FIRST STEP
It costs nothing to determine if you can buy a home right now and the price range in which you should be looking. . shouldn't you have the range of your affordability before you can start looking for homes?
A loan officer will help you with this and we will be glad to recommend one to you
"But. . we want to see homes before we talk to a loan officer. . and only then. ."
"Stop, only SERIOUS buyers seek for a pre-approval before looking for a home. . you are heading for the WRONG PATH!

A pre-approval letter tells everyone that you are ready to buy a home. It lets your Realtor know what you can afford. .it tells the seller of the home that you are capable of making such an offer, that you are serious and that you have the financial and credit qualifications to get the mortgage for the home
Don't eat the desert before the main course. . . and don't ask for exceptions.
We will love to show you any house in the market within
two hours notice!
but first you have to get pre-approved.
